A minimum of 3 prenatal visits centered around topics that meet your specific needs (ie. breath work, lactation support, labor positions, nutrition, comfort measures, etc.) to increase your confidence.
We will work together to develop a birth plan that feels true to you and the birth experience you are hoping to create.
Hands on labor and delivery support in a hospital setting, birth center, or in the comfort of your own home.
A minimum of 3 postpartum check-in visits to provide adjustment support as you transition to home life with your new baby.
Access to 'members only’ content where you will receive childbirth education in the form of videos, recommend books, articles, etc.
In addition to the above services, you may also receive discharge support, referrals to community networks, and additional guidance as needed. We will remain in regular communication via text or call throughout your pregnancy to build trust and rapport .

LABOR & DELIVERY ONLY
For those who are not interested in full spectrum support, Genesis & Co. offers a basic support package consisting of a singular meet and greet opportunity, in addition to labor and delivery support.
Studies show that having a doula present at birth can decrease the following: rate of unnecessary C-sections, administration of pain medications, length of labor, likelihood of low Apgar scores, and poor perception of one’s birthing experience.

PLACENTA ENCAPSULATION
Placentas nourish a developing baby during pregnancy. YOU have the power to grow such a powerhouse organ! Studies show that postpartum placenta consumption may increase milk supply, decrease “baby-blues”, rebalance hormones, and shorten recovery time. Genesis & Co. offers placenta capsules, tinctures, and custom keepsakes.

Postpartum doula Support
Genesis & Co. offers emotional and practical support for the tender weeks following birth. Navigating the new responsibilities of parenthood can be challenging and you should not have to do it alone!
Families have the option of virtual visits or home visits. Postpartum support looks different for each family. Support may look like processing emotions, light housekeeping, infant feeding, basic newborn care, or gifting oneself a moment to shower and tend to their own needs.
Flexible hourly rates and packages are available to meet your family’s specific needs. Daytime support and some overnight shifts are available.
NUTRITION SUPPORT
Weekly or bi-weekly customizable plant-based meal plans are available for the expecting person and/or their family during the pregnancy or postpartum period. Catering options are also available for baby showers or gender reveals.
